What I collect

If you join Stay in the Loop, I collect the email address you provide. If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, and the information you choose to include in your message. The services that host and protect this website may also process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and browser or server logs, as needed to operate the site securely.

How I use it

I use your email address to send the occasional update you requested, to respond when you contact me, and to operate and protect this website. I do not sell or rent your personal information.

Email list

Email addresses submitted through Stay in the Loop are stored and managed by Kit. Kit helps manage subscriptions and deliver emails. Every email sent through Kit includes a way to unsubscribe.

Contact form

Messages submitted through the contact form are processed by Formspreeand delivered to my email inbox. The information is used only to read and respond to your message.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the site, manage the email list, or comply with legal obligations. Information is kept only for as long as it is useful for those purposes, while also preserving unsubscribe preferences when necessary.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing hello@michaelostrow.com.

Cookies and analytics

I have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics to this website. Essential technical storage or logs may still be used by the hosting platform for security and basic site operation.
